CoMO Injection Molding
Kistler is expanding the BLANX look across different products, showing how Kistler sensors work together with injection molding machines, ensuring quality during production.
Client Need
In plastic injection molding, accurate cavity pressure measurement is crucial for cost-effective quality assurance to professional standards. Kistler’s cavity pressure systems ensure a full-range approach – from the actual measurement through to comprehensive documentation of cavity pressure.
Kistler requested an animation for their exhibitions and for their sales teams to showcase how their products work together with injection molding machines.
DESIGN & CONCEPT
We started to establish a new look with the Kistler MaXYmos project. We were then asked to continue this design for their injection molding lineup. The first part of the animation communicates the different Kistler products for injection molding machines and how they work as a solution.
The second part features the CoMo DataCenter, a software solution for data management and process analysis. As this software is released with a new HTML5 interface, the focus is the visual experience of the new software.
Interactive App and Microsite for the Kistler’s CoMo Injection System
Beside the animation we were asked for a solution to present their products interactively at the exhibition booth. We came up with an app, developed as multi-purpose HTML5 App, so it’s running on iOS and Android as an app and works as a microsite in modern browsers.
